I checked the Seiko catalog database and can't resolve this question. I have a couple 6138's that have differing pushers on them (talking both bullhead and 'standard' 6138's). On some, the pusher is smooth all around, on others there is a series (2 or 3, not looking at watch this moment) of 'rings' encircling the pusher. What is correct for 'standard' and bullhead?

The UFO (6138-001x), the Tokei Zara (6138-0020) and the slide rule (6138-7000) have the piston head (ringed) pushers....there's probably more. They are probably not the same length pushers either.

The Bullhead pushers are longer than any others that I have seen. If anyone has some spares then I would love some :)

Okay, so shorter pushers, with 'piston rings' on them:

Yachtsman/UFO (6138-001x)
Tokei Zara (6138-0020)
Slide rule (6138-7000)

Shorter smooth pushers:
6138 8030

Longer pushers (finish unreported so far):
6138-0040

Any more details people can provide? 6138-8020 (Panda)? Others?

Here's a little more from my models

Regular smooth pushers. 9.8mm total length, 4.0mm button:
6138 8030 (JPS)
6138 8020 (Panda)
6139 7080
6139 6005
6139 6012

Longer smooth pushers with smaller button, 10.5mm total length, 3.4mm button:
6138 0030 (Kakume).

The Kakume pushers may have different dimensions from both the bullhead and 0011 variants. If anyone has precise measurements for those then they could add them too.

Cheers,
Tristan
