Pulled this one from the drawer, replaced the battery and installed a spare strap. This is a seldom seen Seiko 5T32 alarm and dual time from 1990. Some years ago a fellow collector gifted this to me, saying it wasn't his style. It is rather retro, antiquish in style and though the hands are quite slim and hard to read quickly, the overall watch is very nice....dressy to be sure...... researching the watch found this post from the old SCWF

I love SEIKO Cal.5T32 very much because it has Dual Alarm function. Daily-alarm operation is almost as same as 7T32, while One-time alarm is unique to 5T32. Its operation is as follows. Very simple!! Hope this help you.

[One-time Alarm]
A - Confirm Crown at 4 o'clock is in the normal position.
B - * Press Button at 8 o'clock to set alarm hands to the desired alarm time. (The small dial at 6 o'clock will stop to run and show the desired alarm time.)
* Keep the button pressed to move the hand rapidly.
C - The alarm will ring at the designated time for 5 seconds. To stop the alarm press the Button. (The small dial at 6 o'clock will start to run again.)
D - To disengage the One-time alarm time pull Crown at 4 o'clock to the first click and push back to the normal position.

[Daily Alarm]
A - Pull Crown at 4 o'clock out to the first click.
B - * Press Button at 8 o'clock to set alarm hands to the desired alarm time.
C - Push Crown back in to the normal position.
* Keep the button pressed to move the hand rapidly.
Note: If Crown is puled out to the first click within 1 minute after being pushed back in to normal position, the alarm sounds.

Alarm Engagement/disengagement
To engage the alarm:
A - Pull Crown out to the first click.
B - The alarm will ring at the designated time for 20 seconds. To stop the alarm press Crown back in to the normal position.

To disengage the alarm:
A - Pull Crown out to the second click.
B - The designated alarm time will cancelled with a warning beep. If the crown is pushed back in before the warning beep stops the designated alarm time will NOT be cancelled.
C - Push Crown back in to the normal position.
