Hi all

This might be a dumb question but this is my first ladies diver 2205-7060 (that I purchased for my daughter).

Is the stem hinged inside the crown? Mine appears to be and I wasn't sure if it was designed this way to facilitate lining up the screw down crown or if there was a problem.

Also the quick set date operates by pulling on the crown in it's last position rather than rotating. Again is this normal function?

On the 2517's I have the quick set works that way. Pull the crown out to the second position and push in one notch to advance the date.

On this 2205 you tug on the crown in third position to change the date. I also just discovered that as well as being an auto it hand winds too...kinda cool.

2517's also hand wind. Wish 6139's did........

i am just finishing one too...they are a nice little watch...that crown and stem threw me too...same one as the 4205 diver for the crown...
