dive watch; part;

I am looking for a part to my Seiko Dive watch. The part number is 8992-5290. This is a black rubber band that goes around the face of the watch. I know this piece is hard to find... having looked online (alot.) If anyone can help I'd be super appreciative. NoVaSteve
