Vintage Seiko watchmaker options (Non-US)?

So, a prior post looking for US providers (my fear over international shipping) in another thread resulted in crickets, there's apparently no good US-based repair sources. So, getting past my aversion to long distance shipping and risk, can anyone recommend (PM's are good) some skilled global watch repair people? I'm good with self nominations.

I have at least a dozen different projects backed up, so would like to find someone to help me start working down the list at reasonable process. Speed is nice, but not critical, I'm more interested in quality of work.
