Mr.Jones Well, one method would be to take the dial off and turn it 180, taking off the dial feet of needed. If the date wheel is off, use one from the SKA293, which is a "lefty" to begin with.

ska 371 crowns on opposite side?

I ran across some pix of ska 371 kinetic Seiko diver with the crowns on the opposite side of the date - on the lefthand side as you look at the watch? How is this done?
