For sale here is my MK11 Speedmaster.
I had this fully restored by Rocco at Watchworks who has many know is one of the best Omega watchmakers about.
Apart from a case restore it was serviced, new crown/stem, pushers, crystal and a full hand set.
IMO this is now a collectors/investment piece really as it is just to nice to wear and I do like to be able to wear my watches but i'm afraid to wear this one, stupid I know but.........
This one is from 1969 which was the first year of production and also the the Apollo 11 flight landing the first guys on the moon, a good year
After getting it back from the service I fitted a almost new Omega bracelet 1162/173 to it.
After wearing it for about an hour to take a couple of photo's I locked it in the safe and thats where it has stayed and at my age I don't have the time to keep watches as investments thats more for the younger collector.
Service papers included and the guarantee is until Feb 2020.
So this is up for sale, cash is king obviously but I could also be interested in a 1969 6139-6XXX as part trade, Omega X33, Tudor BB or Pelagos, try me ?
I intend taking it to the next watch fair as Swiss collectors come from all over looking for something special or stock but I thought I would offer it here first on the off chance it appeals to anyone, if of interest then pm/email, watch and me are in the UK, thanks.
