Default New watch running a bit fast

My new Emporio Armani automatic watch seems to be running a bit fast , about one or two minutes . Is this typical of automatic watches to run fast ? Could the Watch Winder that I use sometimes to charge it up cause this ? I guess I should note how long it takes eg. a day, a week , a month for the time to get ahead by 2 minutes . I knew this before buying it that automatics are not as accurate as quartz watches but this was something I was willing to live with because owning an automatic watch isn't about accurate time . Since this is a Watch forum I don't think there is any need for me to explain what it is about because fellow watch collectors understand , whereas non collectors haven't a clue, lol . Even my own Mother only cares that a watch tell time and does not understand the beauty of it like we do .

no, 2 minutes a day is not typical for an auto.
It will settle down after about a month's use, but 2 minutes a day...Not normal

I'm not familiar with this particular model, but as the previous post stated...
"this is not normal". Walk do not run to your watchmaker and have your watch serviced.

It's still a new watch, I just bought it one month ago . I am going to keep my eye on it but I am not too concerned over a 1 minute difference . If it was 5 or more minutes then it would be more serious. I live in Toronto Canada but to service this watch , because it is naturally still under warranty , it would have to be shipped to Texas . That is where warranty work is done on these watches by Fossil who makes these watches for Emporio Armani.
