Default Citizen Altichron Cirrus

Has anybody cracked open the back to one of these before? Toying with the idea of replacing the cell, but the writing on the back warns not to open it! Is there a reason? Or just Citizen wants repairs to be proprietary?

If you want information, you could at least give a year, movement number and /or pictures ( or a link to pictures).

Citizen wants to gouge you for replacing the battery. But wait??? Aren't these the watches that never need a battery?? And whose watch is it that you can't open the case? They're in a downhill spiral.
