Default ADJUSTING THE WATCH SPEED

Seiko 6309 Movement. Ticks away fine, but too fast. How do I slow the speed if the adjustment arm is already at minimum and won't go any further please?

Too fast can be a sign that it's been magnetized. Demagnatize it and see if that helps.

See if the hairspring is not sticking to itself. This can be caused by magnetism or oil.
