Default Seiko 6309 movement

I have a question for those of you that repair watches. I have repaired several 6309 movements and have notice that the upper and lower hole for the barrel arbor are severely worn. Some times you can get good results by staking the hole. Those that are really bad I pass on. The ideal thing to do is to jewel the hole but I haven't been able to find a seitz jewel large enough. What is one to do with those severely worn holes? Thanks for your help

Yep, this is definitely being done by several people around the forums.
If you talk to this eBay seller he'll probably talk you through his technique.
