Default Hands changing in automatic movement, Question...

Hi
Do I need to let the movement to stop before changing the hands?
As the movement runs all time, will it be damaged if i"ll do it while running?

Thanks

unless you have swift hands, i think it is wouldn't necessary to do so. But, it is okay as per my experience

If your automatic watch dosent hack you can always wait for the movement to stop by not wearing it for a day or two depending on the movement your working on. If you have to and cant wait i never had a problem installing hands while the movement was still running.
