Tavarish on YouTube had a bunch of stuff made for his Fast & Furious Lamborghini in the second style I think.

The second watch frame style is a sort of "forged carbon" style material. The most well known version of carbon fiber that most folks have come to call carbon is with the material having the fabric weave. Tavarish did indeed order a steering wheel and many dash bezels and gauge parts made from "forged carbon" or "forged carbon fiber". It is becoming more popular in automotive circles and as an OEM product on many super and hypercars.
