Default Black dot on lume marker?

Just got an SKX007 0020 dial in from the ‘Bay and there seems to be a black dot on the 10 o’clock marker.

Is this something most likely embedded into the lume or could I try to remove it? If I can’t remove it is it worth it to return the dial over a dot?

UPDATE: Seller immediately agreed to a refund and is holding a dial for me so that I can replace it immediately

That's annoying

It's probably imbedded in the lume.
Someone with the same coloured lume could put a small dab on it to cover it up. Same coloured paint would match but then there would be no lume on that spot in the dark.

If it was me and couldn't do the above - I'd live with it.

If it's new I'd return it, that would drive me nuts. My eye would automatically be drawn to that defect.

a total PITA - return it for a new one. IMO it's just not an acceptable flaw for a new dial like that.
