Default 6119-6003

After servicing a friends I waited for one to appear (cheap) on the bay.

So at 32 this fitted the bill.

Plenty of DNA and a nice clean movement.

Had time to get the casework clean and a new crystal installed.

A few parts cleaned and the magic fingers assembled.

super nice Don. A favorite of several of us. Ideas for a strap or bracelet?

Thanks, yes they are nice watches.

The strap will be a Di-Modell because they are very well made and excellent value. The watch head is light so the strap will be much the same. A few options, all black, Teju Lizard (genuine) Bali or Bali KN (both gator pattern on calf skin) or Softina (natural pattern coloured calf skin)

As I've posted before, Di-Modell is probably my favorite leather strap. I agree with you on all accounts.

My vote would be a Teju Lizard strap - would look amazing ....

Nice project Don, it looks like it's going to look fantastic when done. A nice black lizard or Gator would be great on it for sure.

Thanks chaps. It’s got a low power of 190 but keeping excellent time on the grapher. I am not one to be too concerned with these old boys.
