How do I know what size gaskets my Seiko’s use? Is there any standard?

Seiko in general don't have many standards, they like to make it hard for you

Well hello ...you need to give us more info before we can help...i personally use VTA gaskets and seals...they are very high quality and have worked just as they should...God Bless,John
