Default Anyone know the Dimensions of a Seiko 354615 Stem 6105b?

Well as i try and get everything together for my 6105-8110 build...i found a very old package which what i think is the correct stem...but it seems to be short...does anyone have a brand new uncut 6105-8110 stem?....my package states 354615 and according to the sheets it should be the right one.....here is what i have...thanks in advance God Bless,John

Cousins UK has the original stem for the 6105 Divers: 354617

Just search for part: SEI354617

5.50 plus a couple pounds for shipping.

I think the 354617 is quite a bit longer... But i have no measurements...

I have an assembled original 6105-8110 crown and stem back in the office. I will measure them tomorrow as an assembly so you can tell if what you have is long enough.

In the past when i've fitted a stem my method has been a suck it and see to find the correct length.

I bought a stem from cousins and it was a wrongun...too great an od to fit in the movement...couldn't be arsed to return as ...well...cousins. I might file it down at some point but no use for it unless you want it John.

well thanks to a new friend...i was right...this 354615 is not correct...it must be the wrong stem in the package or something
i was able to find a genuine 354617 stem and it looks much better for length
the correct stem measures 17.39..not the 14.00 the one i have
correct one...354617

Sorry for the delay. Looks like you have already sorted it out. You can see from the image below that you will need at least 6.8mm of visible thread once the crown is screwed onto the stem. Obviously you will cut the stem to suit your case.
