What year is the watch from John?

I have a 79' quartz casing guide and an 83' case construction guide but they both only go to the "M" series of quartz digital watches.

Ser # starts with a 2 Tom so 1992 ? but I don't know, I have the 79 quartz case book as well, never seen a later one which would be handy.

I have all the 70's casing guides and would love to have the 80's but I'm not sure they exist. I did get a whole set of Seiko microfilms in Jonathan's stuff but haven't had a chance to look them over yet. Maybe the time has come. I'll have to look into a viewer of some sort.

I checked here, but no crystal is listed:

A little more info here, which list it as a 90's watch

I tried Boley first Tom, I remember all the micro film stuff Jonathan had, I wonder what the latest actual paper books went up to, I have a 60s and some 70s.

I was under the impression that it was a fairly recent model. I would think it is 2012 instead. Mine is from 2010.

I googled that watch, and up until 2014, it was still for sale.
