Beautiful! I missed one on ebay several years ago, and have been kicking myself ever since.

Yes, I had to go higher than expected to secure this one. After buying the 6119 Gene Kranz (black) for a good price and dodging import duty on a 7548 I thought what the heck, they come up very rarely.

This one appears to be all genuine parts and the bezel, which was totally seized with sh1t, still has the spring.

Original bracelet AND endpieces.

Very nice!

I had to settle for an AM bracelet.

Very nice and aren't these nice watches.

Not quite, only one end piece which is annoying. I was hoping to make something up to match the existing one but its just too fiddly. I have found a 6106 that has an 18mm lugged bracelet which looks like it could do the job. Alternatively I could fit a leather or NATO, as most Google pictures show, but wanted to stick with stst if pos.

May I ask where did you get the bracelet? I am looking quite a while now for mine, would take one like this for sure.

Aloha
Nice sample there you have.
I have this one but it will fit only a very small wrist so I never have worn the
watch.
It also needs a new Dial that I have been looking for ages now.
The Bracelet is like a .... 5-6 wrist size and I use a ..... 8 + so it sits in the
box yet.
The watch came with it so I believe it might be a original one.
Aloha
Louis

The seller stated the hairspring was broken when in fact it is in tact but bent...the obvious screwdriver slip bend from the look of it.

I have a 6119C with a good balance assembly which I am hoping will be the donor for it.

Any comments on using this.

I had a warped one that I managed to flatten. Try not to hold your breath for too long when you’re doing it!

Trolling the bay today I came across this Seiko bracelet with 19mm flat end links.

For £20 it's worth a try.

The one you got on yours. I think I saw it mounted on this watch in one of the vintage catalogs.

Just found it, right there on the cover.

Thank you for the great picture.

Update: I decided to ask 2 'watchmakers' (that's how they advertise themselves) if they would jewel or HB bush the barrel arbour bore. Only one replied..I am not going to print precisely what but basically a polite but £250 full service ONLY.

So I shall proceed myself with caution.

250 Pounds just for service? That's insane.

Yes, the last 6309, with almost identical movement, I had serviced which included jewelling the barrel bore and its bridge cost me £120.
