Hi,
Im looking for the glass retaining ring for my 6105-8000. It is the last part Im missing to complete the watch.

If I'm not mistaken the glass retraining ring on theses are the same as the ones on 6309 divers and others. I see some are being sold new and used on ebay. Take a look.

As far as I know the one for the 6105-8110 can be substituted by the 6309. Mine is slightly smaller and should only measure about 34.5mm (inner diameter).

8000 has a wire retainer and the 811x has a friction fit. Different for sure

Oh sorry. I grabbed the info on post #3, did not realize its different from the op.

Looks like only 8000 and 8009 use the same retaining ring.

Hi,
thanks for all the information - still, if anyone has one (for a 6105-8000) or knows where to get one, pleas get in contact with me.
@DAHASCO
What is the difference in wire retainer and friction fit? Is the retaining ring of the 6105-8000 not pressed onto the case (like a bezel) and kept in place by friction?
Cheers

Hello, The 811X snaps on like a 6309, The 800X used a wire retaining ring like this: I place the wire retainer on the Crystal retaining ring then place the bezel, Tucking the wire as I go around. Hope this helps.

Ok,
but still the crystal retaining ring is held by friction on the case - or not?
