Default Thanksgiving glutton?

Anybody eat too much this past Thanksgiving?

I found that I seemed to eat less this year... just one regular sized plate...not piled too high, decided not to try everything and no snacking during to cooking time.

Even after all my best efforts, I still gained one pound when I weighed myself the next morning.

How did everyone here do?

Best,

Mike

Aloha
I did not weigh myself with eating over 12 - + Nationality Foods in a few hours. But I weighed
myself the next day though and I gained ....... 1/2 a Pound ..... so I was doing quite good.
I do not gain excessive weight but stay within a ..... 1 - 6 lb. ratio gain all the time and I have
always maintained it that way.
I was raised mainly with Mixed Type of Foods but I also eat .... a lot of different types too but I
still stay within a specific weight balance.
I am a very active person and have been all my life. People always ask me how do I stay within my weight balance and I tell them I always move around and not live in a lazy fashion of life.
I guess I have been fortunate with weight gain.
Aloha
Louis
