Default In walks the FNG!!!

My name pretty much says it all. Seiko’s are what I collect and look for/after. The main focus of my collection are Divers who’s lineage can be traced back to the Seiko 62MAS (also one of my grails). I’ve just started building my collection which continues to grow. Own a 1980 Original Suwa Dial 6309, 7002-700A (Pepsi Bezel), 7458-7000, LE Blue Lagoon SRPB11, SKX007J, SKX009k2 and a Alpinist Sarb017. Not much into dress watches. Dig a few Chrono’s. I reside along the Alabama Gulf Coast in a restored 1925 Farmhouse with my best friend who I fooled into marrying me and two dogs. I spend most of my time with the folks over at Wrist Sushi Forum...variety is the spice of life soooo...Look forward to learning, laughing (at myself) and growing here too. Appreciate the opportunity. Cheers!

Well hello and welcome to the forums. I myself like to rescue Seiko's, I like taking old Seiko's that look trashed and refurbishing them, mostly from the 60's and 70's.

Thank you! I’m taking baby steps in that direction.

Welcome aboard.

As you look to have noticed, Seikos are a slippery slope to start down. I came here a few years back looking for info on the ONE watch I owned. The what to wear choice was SO simple then.

Welcome.

Back in 2000 I worked at Morgan City, Louisiana for 2 years and on my final week (Aug 2002), the wife flew out and we stayed on Gulf Shores Alabama. It included a few days up at Graceland for Elvis's 25 year passing.

Great place and people and good hunting.

Appreciate it! I live between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Love it here. It’s really grown since 2002. Shoreline views now compete with High Rise Condo’s!!!
