Default Modified SKX - Any thoughts?

This is my SKX I wanted a SKX009 and won this watch online action site at a reasonable price.

I found that there watch dials similar to mine on previous Seiko models but have not found any information on this dial "Water200mResist"

Works fine, nice flexible strap, does not have a great power reserve though

Uh... It's a nice reminiscence to the 6309-729A slim diver, but...

... the dial, crystal and bezel inlay were not made by Seiko. Not knowing what's inside your watch, that's where my knowledge ends. I would bet that the movement - although I bet it was advertised as "freshly serviced by our own watchmaker" - really needs a good cleaning and maybe a new main spring.

As a colleague above, the mechanism is dirty, requires cleaning and oiling.
