Default An unusual NOS find...

What I believe to be a Seiko Olympic Perpetual Calendar with 6M13 inside. Model 6M13-7010. According to the production calculator, made in July 1993.

I always wanted a Seiko Age of Discovery... I guess this will do too ;D

Bracelet was tarnished beyond redemption... but it looks handsome on leather. Thanks for looking!

Great find and a good looking watch.

Shame that the original bracelet was so tarnished but it does look good on leather.

Veeerrrry nice - love the retrograde day, alarm, and month complications.

Not usually one for gold watches, but this one looks great due to the varying textures.

Looks like a terrific score. You have a NOS watch that really looks NOS ! !

Great photos too -- thanks for taking the time to post these since I doubt we will see one "in the wild" that looks that nice.

Awesome! Btw, there are products that have gentle to no abrasive qualities, but that can remove tarnish with a little bit of rubbing with a soft cloth. It is a chemical reaction more so than physically abrading it away. As products vary around the world, I don't know what you may have locally, but it would be worth seeking something out to save the NOS bracelet.

many many thanks again guys

jgauch - actually that shop i got it from has 2 and i took one... so there's one left but doubt you would wanna travel all the way to malaysia for it ;D

69ChevelleSS - the top part of the bezel is for tracking the year. it tracks across 1000 years. the other numbers are used for tracking the last 2 digits of the year.

rileynp - i tried with one of those jewellery cloths i have but it wasn't very effective. i may try to find something stronger at the hardware shop. i'm also planning to ask the local distributor

JohnN - thanks again to you and all the guys for the kind words... I've been around since the old forum - just that i haven't been posting much hehehe

Thanks for the information. Good thing you got it NOS . . . I'd sure need the instructions to figure out how to work it.
