I have had several of those citizen divers and I remember their lume being too greenish for comfort (and that's when they're not charged, unlit). yours is off white so there may have been some work there. The insert also appears to be from another citizen model, but i'm not sure there. I didn't keep any of them too long as they were easy to flip and sell for a good profit so I don't remember the details too well

Citizen bullhead has incorrect crown and bracelet. Hard to tell from the photos but based on the crown and bracelet I bet the dial is aftermarket. If you have the photo of the back side it will probably reveal the the case was polished.

Also, hour and minute hands are wrong.

6139-8002 has been (over)polished as well. Not worth the trouble.

Someone has applied the brushed finish to the entire case including the caseback which is in particularly sorry state. That bullhead isn't worth a dime if you ask me (or maybe as a movement donor if it is in good condition).
