Aloha
This today my 6306 finally working.
But last night I had a problem changing the Crown Gasket.
It seems it is to tight so looking to find couple more.
It came in a Seiko parts packet but maybe it is not original that
I bought to use.
Aloha
Louis

Actually, I think we got off pretty easy. The southern parts of the province may have got hammered though. Last year on Oct 2 we got 35cm!

Jimmy the 6138 that you show looks as if she was Brand New out of the Store with a Discount for a small Scratch on the Class. It's Humbling to only notice a Scratch or Dent or a Nothing Mark when a Picture is taken that gets by us without magnification . If I cannot see it That should be enough, Love the Colors on yours So many small Color changes from Model to Model with 6138-00xx.. I have a very early 6138-0010. From Feb 1970. The Few Months in 1970 that Proof/Proof was made, but when a watch such as yours Shows up imo cancels out what ever year it was made Its just so Beautiful Russell

Thank you Russell you always have kind words for people

But yours looks in better shape than mine I can't see a mark on it.

I bought mine 7 or 8 years ago and was told by several guys here that I'd paid way over the odds for it [ it came with boxes and booklet and still feels like a bargain to me ]

I need a link for the bracelet and have looked periodically over the years to no avail hey ho

I bet what ever the Price was With Books and Box and a Watch in this Condition Will show to be a GREAT Buy. The 6105-811x that I posted a Pic of I paid $1750 after Servicing and Shipping 10+ years ago The Seller wanted $2150.00 That was unheard-of at the time. I had her for a few Months and Put a DINK into the Case Side as can be seen in the Pic So a NOS with Instant WABI. Russell

Those Russells can be problematic Btw Jim, did yours come packaged in a watch roll? Far more useful than those plastic trash cans Helson used previously.
