My two favorite brands, I tried switching over the stock Arnie 2 strap to the SBDX011, it's surprisingly comfortable for the old hunk of black metal!

Dainese makes some of the best motorcycle riding gear for all occasions.

A great day for "fish and chips" don't you think I lost a lot of weight recently just by cutting down on carbs and sugar so the big Tunas need a more comfy strap now.

The Tissot Data Recorder AKA The Shame of Switzerland

It's 1976. The industry is in crisis. Respected Swiss brands are dropping like flies, obliterated by cheap Japanese quartz movements.
Yes, it's a Casiotron with the Tissot name slapped on it. It's like if overnight, the motorcycle industry went electric and Harley Davidson put it's name on an Asian electric scooter.
In addition to being ugly, it also has the most confusing and complicated module ever invented. It has a stop watch, counter, world time and timer, but you can't just switch modes - it can only be in one of those, and changing it... well, just read for yourselves: http://watches.gafortiby.com/how_to/..._Instructions/

Ugly? Check
Over-complicated? Check
Cheapening and humiliating for a formally respected brand? Check
Perfect in every way? Check

I've been trying the keto diet aka eat only proteins and fats with very low sugar and carb intake, which everyone says is a gimmick, but in just two months I lost over 10 kilograms and gained almost 20 kilograms of muscle mass with only 3 light to moderate lifting sessions a week, no cardio exercise whatsoever. And as you know we here in Indonesia barely ever get up from our comfy couches and car seats

The stock Emperor rubber strap is indeed comfy but I'm in between holes with it and it's kind of long, so I prefer silicone which is much stickier on the wrist, I like feeling thoroughly wrapped by it much like with my riding jackets

Will probably try one of those Hexad Oyster bracelets from Strapcode, have seen a few of the local Seiko lads rock the combo in person and they look great. And speaking of aftermarket shrouds they seem to be great stuff too!

The Paleo / Keto / HFLC diet(s) are worse than a gimmick.

They're both unhealthy and unsustainable

To loose weight by that method is to put your body into ketosis = sick state and it had short, medium and long term unhealthy ramifications

Dr. Robert Atkins who popularised this in the '70s and beyond died with really bad heart problems and weighed 258 pounds

I know about this stuff. I have decades of diet and nutrition reading, research etc.

Yeah I've slightly modified it to include more balanced nutrition, but I kept the carb and sugar intake low. My main focus is not the weight loss itself, but strength building. I still eat a lot of protein because of that (keto diets are usually much heavier on the fat than the protein).
