Default Assess a Feb '78 6306-7001?

My local Seiko man had a few 6306 in the case today and I honed in on this example. Looks right by my eye, but I can always use the assessment of those more experienced than myself. I did not get a movement picture, but it was clean and correct. The caseback is almost too pristine and the case itself has had some polish (by wear or intent, not sure). Dial is marked correct and there is bevel around day-date window.
He does decent service on everything himself (even cleaned out a stuck bezel and put another watch on the timegrapher for me, gratis). I've bought a nice Bell-Matic and a 6309-7290 from him prior, as well as had a service on my UFO. I trust him as far as I can with my poor Korean language skills and his non-existent English.
What say you? And does your opinion waver if it could be had for $650USD?

You said you trust him. From what I've seen 650 USD is good for a 6306. I'm no expert. Good luck.

Thanks all for your inputs. I'll probably get it later this week. Maybe time to try an UncleSeiko strap or bracelet with this one.
