Default Strap alternatives for the champagne Kakume?

So, I just picked up a champagne Kakume. It's on an aftermarket bracelet and I'm also looking for other suggestions. As an added complication right now, my normal wrist is bruised and I'm having to swap over to straps to wear on my other wrist for the next month or so. (Not going to start resizing bracelets for such a short time.)

So, given the thick, short lugs and the 18mm lug width, let's see what people here can suggest. I love rally straps but I'm thinking I'd have to notch it/modify it to fit nicely.

Some kind of distressed brown leather with single stitch seems about right. As to getting a 22mm and notching it, well, that might get messy.

How about a bund band? That should hide 18mm nicely.

Default Strap alternatives for the champagne Kakume?

I’ve got a couple custom 18mm Horween Leather Straps made for both my Kakume’s. Personally, I find they add a lot appeal and compliment any vintage chronograph. Though it’s always nice to have their original bracelets, wearing them in rotation becomes redundant.

Good suggestions all!

I agree notching a strap could get ugly.
