I have a favorite brewery nearby that makes great beer, and they'll sell direct to consumers in kegs. I got a call that they had a new farmhouse beer they were experimenting with, and did I want to try it? I figured why not, then they told me it's called "SkyLab". Well duh, of course I'm buying that!

I knew when I got home I had to change watches to my Pogue that's the same month/year as the Colonel's and only a couple hundred numbers off on the serial number:

Just after I tapped it:

And in the glass (pretty foamy, I think I need to back the pressure off):

Cool! I would love to have a tap set up, maybe when the time comes to remodel. Cheers!

The beer is a perfect color match to the Pogue!

Technically you should have 2 watches on while drinking your Skylab beer. The omega for show and Pogue for use. Isn’t that what basically happened?

I would had done the same thing. I am quite jealous. Very cool.

I am getting fond my tapered later model 6139 6005. My poor straight link one is not being worn. Now I see why people cut down collections.
