Default Can anyone help find info about my watch?

Hey! I am thinking about fixing a watch I inheritad from my grandfather. Would be really cool to know when its from and what's its worth. I tried find some info online but didn't really understand it.

Its an Seiko Quarts in the color GOLD

on the back it says:
Seiko
Base metal
ST. steel back
7n22-6A00 (RO)
TL
296530
Any information about when its produced and what it is worth in nice condition would be really nice. Sorry for my bad grammar I am from Norway

7n22 is the movement calibre, 6A00 is the case reference. I think, but am not sure, the 7n22 was made around the 1990's.
The first number in the six digit serial number is 2 and relates to the year so possibly 1992 or maybe 2002 and the second digit relates to the month, 9=September.
As to its worth, check out completed Ebay listings.

A common method to get estimated value is Ebay. Search " Seiko 7n22-6a00". Do not take asking prices (current unsold items) as a value. Filter to show Sold/Completed items. Compare condition of what was sold to what you have. Good luck.
