Default Seiko Vanac 5626-7140

Hi guys,
I will appreciate if you could give to me some opinions about this Seiko Vanac 5626-7140 (everything is OK?, the satin finish is OK?, etc.).
Thank you very much!

Not sure but I think this model had the syringe type hands? Case lines look bit blurred as well, bit polished up..?

I really like King Seiko Vanac's. Quirky 1970's design with an amazing faceted crystal.
Here's my 1973 5256-6010 KS Special:

That watch has definitely been polished, the edges arent so sharp anymore.

Sides should be high polished, on yours it looks like someone tried to put a brushed finish (but failed). I believe the case guys in this forum can put the sharp creases back onto your case

Apart that it looks good. Not sure if this came with syringe hands like imexian mentioned. I remember the hypodermics on the DXs and lower tier models but not on the KS line

The watch is dated, of course, but if you love the Disco inferno 70s, then, it's perfect

I love those stairway to heaven indices Jim. Perfect as the bevelled crystal amplifies the effect

These watches should have really sharp edges on the case but this has been "refinished" and lost the shape.
I would stay away from it.
