Very cool. I don't have a DSLR but I do have one of those all in one jobbies which has manual mode, so I should be able to manage something

I wish I had some tips on doing watch videos, using basic equipment (phones and mode on my camera)

i use a 100mm canon macro, 100 w daylight bulb in a common lamp and a white sheet for reflector for great cheap results...

It is so important to have good natural day light for taking your watch pictures, to bright and there are too many reflections not enough light and its hard to capture the detail and take sharp pictures.

I don’t have half the kit as in your write-up, but I will definitely be able to put to use quite a few of your points. I can’t wait to see the before and after pics having put into practice your tips this weekend.
Nice one !

Its funny I bought a DSLR just to take watch pics and they were horrible, now all my watch pictures are taken with my cell and turn out better. Thanks for the guide.
