Movement question on Weekly Auto Orient

Hi all,

I’ve got a technical question...I purchased the King Diver below and the watch is “on the bench” and requires a new “setting spring”. A couple questions:

1. What movement is in this watch?
2. I see various Weekly Orients for sale in Japan cheaply but they generally have 19 or 21 jewels. Are they of the same family and could serve as a donor?

Thanks!
Mike

Need a pic of the movement and case back to see what it is.
I think the first 2 letters of the model number on the back of the case relate to the movement caliber.
This might help.

Thanks! Here are the pics I have. I’ve asked for the numbers on the case back from my watchmaker. I see a “660” but I’m not able to find this anywhere online.

By the way, the caliber is based on the "royal" hand wound movement, would a setting lever from one of those movements work, like a "royal calendar" watch.
