Default 70m Seiko Diver

The case is amazing as the lower part is so sharp (unpolished) I'm worried I might get cut. Never seen a case this 'sharp'. Sides have seen some bonks, but the edges are crazy. Dial is looking pretty nice as well. Thoughts? Gonna hit it with a bright light soon to make sure it's not a relume.

Looks like a beauty!!

I would think the lume is original, this model seemed to be particularly well sealed and rarely seem to suffer from obvious moisture issues at all.

Congrats again, and wear it in good health.

Blasted it with light and did the dark room check, and the lume is sufficiently weak, telling me I got lucky. The slight green tinge in the 2nd picture got me a little more worried, but to the naked eye it is more white than green (under light).

Now I need to put it on a strap/bracelet/nato/whatever. Suggestions?

Original bracelet is the same as the one on this 7025-8099 I sold a while ago.

If you PM me I can tell you where I believe you can find the bracelets, without unfortunately the end links but hey, it gets you close? I actually think the end links would not be that hard to modify out of various other end links that Seiko make which are more readily available.

Nice score! I have mine on an A/M Rally bracelet. I like the way she looks!

Very sharp.

What's the model name or number? I like that.

What's the lug width?

That's a 7005-8050 I think, a.k.a "poor man's 62MAS". I really like those and have started looking for them recently. I see it as a dressy diver: vintage looks and rather slim.

Default 70m Seiko Diver

And mine...lovely watch, wears a bit on the small side, but really nice nonetheless.
