The timeless appeal of Seiko design... or is it just me?
I posted this, my favorite Seiko ad, in another thread. I like this ad so much I own two copies of it, framed in my WIS HQ (aka my den). I was just looking at it again, and I'm really amazed that this 1970 ad shows four watches, three of which would pass without comment at all - to my eyes they don't look dated at all - is it just me?
For the record as much as I like that small ladies watch (I own the men's version) I think it's wacky factor puts it into the "slightly dated" category, though it's still cool.
What do you think? Got any other timeless Seiko masterpieces to show?
