I don't have one of these anymore, let mine go. I must have been insane !!

I saw this one, seems a clean example, wasn't too fussed about lack of a Day \ Date. The Seiko Production Date Calender gives May 1967 as the production date.

It's nice to have a plain and simple watch now and again,

As usual any comments are always welcome.

For what I see folks asking for run of the mill Seiko 5's on Flea bay, I didn't think that this one was too bad, I got it on a 'Best Offer'

Just a general question, why doesn't it have a Seahorse Logo on the caseback ?

I think the Seahorse Logo on the caseback represents a (manual-winding) type of water-resistant watches.
