Default find a nice 4005 Bell, Nos

We know that the Bellmatic are really a typical Seiko production, from 1966 to 1978, a very long period for Seiko, count obviously a remarkable series of variants (more than fifty), some of which are quite easy to find other decidedly not.
The movements are the 4006 that accompanied the entire production, while the 4005 (only date without day) was produced only for a year in between 1968 and 1969 and obviously it is very rare to find.
That's why the chance to find a nos 4005-7000 was particularly lucky (on yahoo.jp.)
My watches nos resist a minute because I wear them immediately ..... so now it is a former nos ... but never mind ....
So we are on October 1968. The dial is the most classic that Seiko has provided for its Bellmatic as well as the more traditional case, 27 j. It has its original bracelet, which is very important for the Bellmatic, gives it more personality

beautiful radial satin finishing in all its original splendor, watch very elegant for me

The back case

vintage labels still attached

the original instructions manual, English and Japanese

Looks beautiful! Interesting that the tags and manual say "Business Bell".

What a find! Congrats. Some humble advice - be careful with that folding-into-cardboard manual. I have one for an old Actus and another for a KS Vanac and they tear awfully easy...

@ Itau: So you bought that one ;-)

Congrats on an excellent find and many thanks for sharing all the detailed pictures, showing all the accessoires. Certainly not something you find everyday ;-)

The watch is absolutely stunning, just look at the case finishing and the mint bracelet!!

Wearing a NOS piece, huh? Well, to each his/her own, personally I feel that a good specimen is good enough for the wrist, a mint one should be preserved as much as possible...

Best
