Seiko Samurai: mod or not?
I have a very nice Titanium Samurai I bought a few years ago, which has seen little use. I have always been annoyed by the lack of hand winding in the 7s23 movement, and I recently bought a better Seiko movement for it. I am now seeing that this watch seems to be becoming a collector’s item, with increasing value. My question is: will upgrading the movement actually reduce the value of the watch, so I should leave it as bought?

Do you plan on keeping it and using it?
Or holding onto to it to flip it and make some extra coin on it?
Keeping it, mod it to what you want it to be.
Flipping it, keep it original.
