SKX 007 mod:

Cerakote case
Patina dial
Sapphire crystal
custom color airbrush hand, insert marker and 5 minute increment marker chapter ring

The faux vintage lume color is a little bit loud for me, but overall looks very nice!

Did you buy the case already done or get it cerakoted yourself.


I'm wondering if, when cerakoting a case - there is anything you need to mask off? e.g. does having the case cerakoted cause issues with crystal or case back seals?.

All process are done by me, cerakote, custom paint, etc DIY style
Cerakote sure need masking several area that is tight fit

Very nice ! The all black and orange looks great. The white hand does makes my OCD cringe a bit though, just a bit.

Stunning. Curious to learn more about dial customization, have a current 007 Mod but finding the lume on the current dial underwhelming.

How durable is the Cerakote finish? I always have visions of shiny spots appearing on the crown after a couple of weeks of use.
