Seiko 6139 6020 Restoration
I just received a nice silver dial 6020. It is in fine shape except for needing a service and a new crystal. I was surprised to see when I removed the old crystal that the inner rotating bezel was simply trapped between the crystal and the case. There was not a wavy washer or other insert to act as a keeper or bearing surface. Is this correct. This is the first 6020 I have dealt with so I'm not used to a 6139 with a plastic crystal.
I'll post pictures when I'm done.
