Default Royal Calendar Orient from 1961

The Royal Orient was first introduced in 1958. The first Orients with calendar complication were introduced in 1961.

The back is hard to actually photograph.. Number on back but not easily visible in pic is F.92006..

Found an old Orient box to put it in..

A quick wrist shot..

Specifications..

Case diameter with crown is 37mm
Lug to lug is 44mm
Lugwidth is 18mm
Case thickness is 9mm
Calibre 'N' with 21 jewels Made in Japan
Handwind

This is one classy watch that pictures don't really do justice..

Thanks guys.. These old watches wear large for their actual size.. Seems to me to be because of the slimmer case around the dial..

A very elegant and timeless design. A real dresser, almost fitting a tuxido.
Congratulations!
