Default ORIENT SFD0H001B - STI Limited Edition II

Hello Folks!

Today i am gonna show you my very first Orient Watch. I've got this in the middle of October and i am seriously amazed!
I am talking about the Limited:

[size=1.45em]ORIENT SFD0H001B - STI Limited Edition II

It is Limited in cause of the records the Subaru Impreza WRX STI has done at Nürburgring in 2010.
The race was the ADAC 24 Hours race.

[size=1em]I saw this one in my primary Forum (German Uhrforum). I saw the Retailers Price and was a bit shocked, but then i found it for a really
good price condition. The next step was to reserve the watch before an other person do that.

I waited about a week for that beauty. When i held it in my hands i was close to tears She is sooooo damn good looking and
technical also a diva.

In its case is an simple movement. Movementnumber: 46N47
A 21 Jewel, without Second-Stop, just Date Movement.
It has more than 40 hours Powerreseve! The Date and the Crown are Left settled.
The Powerreserve is at "6"-o'clock. Very nice arranged. it has the Design as it has in the Subara Impreza WRX STI

The next nice feature ist the really amazing Dial! The Carbon-Dial looks in nature much much better. It gets a nice 3D effect.

Casing: 42mm x 12mm
Weight: 180 gramm.
The Case reminds me a bit to a Hublot i have saw. Also like a SEIKO Samurai

The Braclet is the "Cream Topping" or "icing on the cake" The look is nearly perfect! WOW! It is Massive and super Solid.
Very thick and it has 24mm endlinks! But... one downer it has... not Solid endlinks! :/ Also the Claps os an abuse! Cheap garbage!
It is not comfortable like 22mm or 20mm. But it doesn't matter, i will change the braclet for daily wearing to a Hirsch-Strap and the Bracelet will come out for special occasions.

Sapphire on Top and at Caseback (as a read in the www).
Screw-Crown. 100m Water resistant.

The Bezel is not rotating and made up with Weapon-Steel!

And now my catched impressions. (i will bring up new Pictures as soon as possible)

I am not wearing it like on the pictures! These Pictures [color=black]originated as it came from the post-man.

And now some Night-Shots:

It is from now on my second favourite watch! And the [color=black]shapeliest!
Hope you like it! For more Pictures > Imageshack.us

regards
Viktor

That's a nice watch, particularly the uncluttered dial. The lume shots are good and I especially like the side profile.

I sometimes wonder how much wasted metal is produced by extra bracelet links, my wrists are like yours but all watches come gorilla size!

Enjoy your new watch.
