Default New (to me) Citizen Diamond Flake

I just received this remarkable watch from ebay, at a really favourable price, and I was pleasantly surprised by its excellent condition. I was really blown away by just how high a quality watch this is. Ultra slim, at a hair under 7mm, and a decent size at 37mm, this is a really elegant watch. I think I got lucky with the $US169 price, as I have seen these things with really ridiculous asking prices. Most seem to be gold plated, with significant wear, so I was lucky to come across one in stainless. I tweaked it a bit on my Vibrograf, and it looks like it will come in gaining <8 sec/day in all positions.

Cheers,
Dez

Default Major Bummer

Sadly, I have managed to damage the hairspring beyond my ability to straighten it out. Can anyone direct me to a parts sheet for the Cal 0700 Citizen movement, so I can find the part number to chase?

Thanks,
Dez

the Diamond |Flake is a lovely watch, especially in steel. You probably know already that it was the thinnest movement in the world when it was released in 1962.

Here's the parts schematic:

A complete balance assembly is part number 039.18 - I can source one in the UK if you wish.
