I think the key is being patient before letting them go. I’ve watched a number of Blue Lagoon’s sell for far less than they were originally bought for. In 15 years from now that could be an entirely different story.

The thing with all Seiko "Limited Editions" is we never know how many are/will be produced nor when they will stop producing them.


Special Editions or Limited Editions with numbers are more likely to become "Collectors Items" I would think, but really doesn't the look of the watch count a lot too ?


The Dawn Grey Turtle and Samurai are both offered as unique serial numbers out of 2,108 total of each. Notice the standard numbering that allows for year and month of production is eliminated.
