Ladies watch, very similar in style to this more austere one:-
assume pre WWII, late 1930's.....though could be as late as 1950

Aloha ,
It is a Seiko Women's watch I have here.
Called a .... Seiko Purple with a ..... 2 piece case , Hand Wind
These are quite old and maybe around the 1930's or so.
They were first made using ....SWISS Movements

Check if the movement is a Moeris -thats Swiss and would date it to pre-1954 (I think) when Seiko stopped using Swiss movements
