Default Polly's 6139 collection to date(nov 2013)

We have had a slack weekend with little to do so decided to do some cataloguing of Polly's 6139 collection.

All the watches have been acquired at reasonable cost, some good condition bargains but mostly requiring a little TLC. New crystal, service, refinishing, re-lume etc. So nothing mint but still good enough to keep us satisfied.

Some watches have been created up from random spares and from bits and pieces and whole watches given to me by my friends, John, Russell, Jimmy and co. And without the services of Stefan (seikochrono) and Jonathan Kock (swedefreak) things would have been a lot harder, thanks guys.

So to the collection of Polly and me's favourite caliber. Not the best, not the most exquisite but most favoured nontheless.

A rather dumped together group shot

All 6002's, spot the fake dial and custom watch.

6012's and a gold 6015

7070 custom 7070 7002 7100
7080 7060 7002 7039

6020 8002 8040 8030
8020 8050

Thats it for now. The whole collection and individual pictures can be viewed here:-

I know how tricky those movements can be. There´s a lot of elbow grease invested in that pile. Respect.....

I'm so dumbfounded at this moment that only that dude who signed at Nelson Mandela's funeral could properly convey what I have to say if I could even say it.

This photo cracks me up.... it's like a 6139 orgy!

Got any more to add to the photo album Mike?

Sure have Tone, the orgy has resulted in a few additions since last November. I like photo's like this with loads of watches casually lumped together.
