Sorry for the very late reply. I have been off watches for. While now.

Anyways if you are still here in Manila, place to visit is Avenida @ Rizal ave. below the LRT train. You'll spot a National Bookstore there and behingpd it is a building call republic. You'll see watch shops in the first level. If you go through the other exit of the building you'll see people outside. They're watch traders, be careful of them. You also see a couple of watch stores outside but watches are a bit pricey.

Have you heard about unique bisyo? They're watch collectors who opened up a store at makati cinema square. Check tehm out also

    Hi,
Please excuse the PM but I spotted a post you made a couple of months ago about watch retailers in Manila. I will be in Manila for a couple of days in January and was wondering if there is a market or area to visit for vintage watch parts, watches for restoration etc. I am specifically interested in diver watches.
Many thanks for any help you can offer!
    Cheers,
    Mark
