This is the Orient Poseidon 300m diver from Brazil (469SS039). It is a substantial diver with great balance on the wrist due to the nice wide strap or SS bracelet. So far the accuracy is around -3 sec/day.

An update on how I have found this watch..
 
After almost three weeks it is running within 5 secs..
 
For a large watch it is very comfortable on my small wrist..  It is more comfortable on the rubber strap than the SS bracelet.. but this may be due to the extra weight and the size of my wrist.. others may find differently from me..
 
Lume lasts all night long..
