I've noticed that the bezel usually turns easily, but sometimes it gets stuck and I've literally notched my fingernails rotating it.  A couple drops of silicone lubricant helped a little.  Is this normal?  I'm tempted to remove the bezel and investigate, but it looks like the shroud has to be removed and I don't have Allen wrenches that small.

Is it brand new or second hand? If brand new, where did you find it, if you don't mind my asking?

It's an old model (7c46-7008) so second hand. It's in perfect condition apart from a scratch on the hardlex that I might get replaced at some point.  Here's a pic (its  a present from my wife - I bought it on her behalf 3 months ago and it's been staring at me from my watch box ever since.  She won't let me wear it until my birthday!!! Torture!!):

I keep sneakily wearing it in my bedroom when she's not around.  Not worn it out of the house yet though :)
